  • As a service assistant at steak 48, my job was to set the tables and make sure they were in uniform, make sure I have the right set up for the tables, as in make sure the steak knife, butter knife, salad fork, dinner fork, dessert spoon, wine glass and water glass were all in the right place.
  • Greeted customers warmly to provide exceptional customer service.
  • While greeting tables, I asked them their preference of water, and I poured it modestly for them.
  • Refilled drinks and condiments and restocked serving areas to minimize delays.
