I ensured the reliability and performance of EOP ITAR cloud-based infrastructure and related systems. I collaborated with Microsoft EOP infrastructure and deployment teams to reproduce and eliminate pipeline workflow failures on ITAR Stateful/Stateless/Sonar servers. In addition, I oversaw and assisted with software development, conducted regular maintenance, performed performance tuning, and responded to escalated site reliability issues. I also participated in on-call rotations to address server reliability concerns.
