  • Partnered with principal to advise and administer school programs in alignment with vision and goals, policies, and principal's directives, to enhance academic achievement, providing support, enrichment, and the development of the whole child.
  • Supported faculty through in-house professional development and staff training sessions to improve teaching practices, curriculum development, assessments, and best grading practices/ expectations.
