Responds to emergency situations utilizing coded alerts. Serving as an operations responder, assisting, de-escalating, special equipment as required.

Utilizes Health System technology and systems to provide visitor control, input and output data; investigations, incident reports and shift logs; access control; infant protection and the security of sensitive areas.

Works closely with and effectively communicates (verbal and written) to division team members; officer-in-charge (OIC), immediate supervisor, Health System security teams, and law enforcement agencies.

Provides specific written reports of all security related incidents occurring during assigned shifts. Supplies accurate information, directions and responses to all emergency situations.
Safeguards, patrols, and monitors the buildings and hospital grounds by performing surveillance and monitoring security & safety related computer systems, cameras, and alarms.

Executes all duties associated with all assigned posts, including making safety rounds, traffic control and special assignments.

Security Training Officer:
Developing Training Programs: Creating comprehensive training modules covering topics such as emergency response, conflict resolution, surveillance techniques, and legal regulations pertinent to security operations.

Conducting Training Sessions: Leading both initial and ongoing training sessions for security staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Evaluating Performance: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback and making necessary adjustments to improve future training sessions.

Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest security protocols, technologies, and legal requirements to ensure training content remains current and relevant

Restraint Training Officer:
Educate: Ensure new employees are competent and knowledgeable about the restraints we use and that they are able to successfully apply them when dealing with combative individuals

• Maintained grounds by trimming, weeding, and general clean-up.
• Performed planting, watering, mulching, and edging of lawns.
• Constructed hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, water features for enhanced functionality of outdoor spaces.
• Resolved client concerns promptly by addressing issues professionally and offering viable solutions.
