• Assist with recruitment events and outreach for prospective team members.
• Represent the program during university events, appearances, and community engagements.
• Communicate with prospective dancers and help create a welcoming recruitment experience.

• Teach structured dance classes to young dancers at multiple school locations.
• Coordinated outreach and marketing efforts that strengthened brand presence and supported company growth.
• Develop students' coordination, rhythm, musicality, confidence, and foundational dance technique.
• Manage classrooms independently while maintaining a positive, organized, and encouraging learning environment.
