I knew from the second I finished with The Crucible that tech crew was something that I most definitely wanted to be apart of my future. That was my first “bigger” role as an A2 and I had to quickly respond to a mic problem on stage, and I was able to not only fix the ongoing issue but really get down to the bottom of the problem and prevent it from happening again. Tech crew has put me in many positions that help grow my fast critical thinking skills and problem solving skills that I use in my day to day life. Ive also expanded my teamwork building skills by meeting so many new people and my leadership skills by furthering my knowledge to others so we can learn from eachother.
