Zoe is a compassionate, queer yoga teacher and Licensed Master Social Worker who brings a trauma-informed perspective to every class she leads. With a background in supporting adolescents and diverse communities, she is inspired by the ways that movement, mindfulness, and breath can help us reconnect with our bodies and cultivate self-trust, particularly for new yogis.
Her classes are slow, playful, and grounding—an invitation to explore movement as self-inquiry. Through this approach, Zoe encourages students to build confidence, joy, and a mindful presence both on and off the mat.
Known for her warm and intuitive teaching style, she creates a space where students feel safe, seen, and empowered to move at their own pace. Her classes balance physical challenge with the inner work of awareness, resilience, and balance.
Rooted in curiosity and honoring the ancient philosophy behind the asana of modern practice, Zoe’s teaching invites students to access the quiet intelligence of the body, return to a grounded sense of self, and surprise themselves with what they are capable of.
