Providing physical and emotional care to an adult with a profound learning difficulty, Autism needs a specific diet (complex needs), help to feed him, him to get washed, get him dressed, do shopping each week, take him to activities (swimming, rebound therapy, physical therapy), and take him to doctors’ appointments, clean his house, and maintaining his garden, fire checks/H&S checks, suggest things to do, he can get overwhelmed so I hold his hand, singing, distract him. Sign risk assessments, follow policies and procedures, keep written logs of any changes/daily records (pen and paper), log food daily checks, give medication twice a day, count his money and safeguard
