Rock Climbing, where I compete and have placed 1st at regionals and 18th at the national level. I also love to cliff jump in my spare time with a team of other experienced jumpers in well known locations. I paddle board in my free time and enjoy catching turtles in frogs as biology and herpetology interest me. I volunteer at an animal shelter twice a week and work with the larger higher risk dogs to help them adapt and overcome past trauma to find a forever home. I have been bit, scratched, and bruised, but I don't mind at all. I Love to go on backpacking trips around Washington and have submitted multiple small peaks. I am Wilderness First Aid certified and played a vital role in a real rescue with a group I was with where we had to use our SOS button and had a helicopter recovery. I love the outdoors and being active
I am eager to learn as much as possible. I have a passion for animals and the outdoors and hope to further myself in that field this summer. This April I am signed up for a "cowboy camp" in california where on top of working with horses I will work with cattle. I would love this opporunity and although I may not be the oldest or most experienced I will be the hardest worker with the best attitude and most energy!
