My work background may not seem like it would be right for the fit, but I can assure you I have every motivation to become a CNA and progress into more things to see my future. I worked as a shift manager, which gave me the proper skills to deal with stressful situations, situations that are a little crazy, and learning to help another person calm down without getting angry with them or having anything other than compassion for another person when dealing with customers. Which in turn will help me deal with the residents of your facility while I am learning a new skill to better my life and the residents' lives. I also have a background of growing up with a mother who was an LPN. Having her show me how to treat a resident and show them the compassion that they deserve.
