  • Judgment - having good judgment is an important skill for working at the front desk I use my judgment skills to prioritize and schedule appointments based on the urgency of patients' needs and the availability we have in the schedule I consider factors like the patient's dental condition and the time required for the procedure I make decisions about handling payments, especially when patients have questions or concerns I also use my judgment to determine when it's appropriate to offer payment plans or financial arrangements
  • Cooperation - I cooperate very well with staff and patients! I am very flexible and willing to help other offices and run errands when they need me I am also great at cooperating with patients when figuring out a payment plan that works best for both the patient and the practice
