Participating in the program from June 2023 provided me with an invaluable experience. Through subsidized placements in both private and government sectors, I acquired essential skills such as financial management, effective communication, and public speaking. These experiences not only equipped me with practical abilities but also imparted crucial life lessons necessary for navigating adulthood and the real world.

Interacting with coworkers and supervisors from different backgrounds also enhanced my cultural competence and empathy, enabling me to collaborate more effectively in diverse settings.
Overall, MBSYEP served as a catalyst for my growth, equipping me not only with tangible skills but also with invaluable life lessons and a deeper understanding of myself , This experience has undoubtedly shaped me into a more confident, capable, and empathetic individual, prepared to thrive in both my personal and professional endeavors.
