I am aspiring to get involved in the healthcare industry. Working for Lifelink has provided me the right steps and skills to progress with my endeavors. I will be obtaining a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration in the Spring of 2024.
Due to creating grafts for human transplant surgeries, skills have heavily emphasized attention to detail, time management, and data entry. Cleaning human tissue must be done aseptically and per company SOPs. Heavy quality assurance is required to maintain proper specifications of produced grafts. As one of the senior technicians on my shift, I am able to lead rooms, train new technicians and hand cut grafts on a bandsaw.
With my Healthcare Administration degree on its way, I would like to start growing to focus my career on less production and more skills that focus on the "Administration" part of the industry.
