As part of the substation reconstruction project, my responsibilities included:

• Conducting site visits to assess the current state of the existing infrastructure.
• Performing calculations and designing steel supports for equipment replacements and their foundations.
• Evaluating the structural integrity and suitability of existing transmission tower portals and busbar gantries for planned expansions.
• Assessing and planning for associated elements such as cable trenches, fences, and other relevant infrastructure.

Backup Power Plants for Dukhan Airbase and North Camp Al Shemal:

Structural design for execution:

• Electrical and Control building;
• Diesel generator and auxiliary transformer foundations, electrical cable trenches, culverts and manholes, unloading platform, steel platforms and supports for mechanical equipment
