Promote strategies that lead to the growth of the passive and active portfolio of the office, carrying out commercial management to promote the products and services offered by the Institution, according to the established policies.
Maintain the client portfolio of the office and search for potential clients and non-clients in order to consolidate the client portfolio and business profitability, inform the Regional Manager of the results.
Serve through personalized attention to potential clients through a comprehensive service, quality and confidentiality in the operations carried out by clients.
Promote and maintain the client portfolio through visits to the high credit carter or with credit recovery problems.
Ensure the growth of the client portfolio through the cross-selling of the Bank's financial products and services.
Analysis of financial statements as well as the documentation required for the granting of commercial and agricultural loans, generating legal documents and collecting client signatures.
Carry out a detailed follow-up of the Collection Management of the Office, in order to reduce the delinquency levels of the assigned portfolio, both natural and legal persons.
Attend and channel the requirements of the Office in relation to the availability of the resource (material, human, technological and administrative).
Daily follow-up meetings for the team of the goals assigned to the Office, constant training for the commercial team of sales techniques, motivational and new products, new products and services offered by the Bank.
