Hello, my name is Zyon Avery and I’m a highly eager young man just about to finish up school looking to get a jumpstart on my career. I'm a self-starter who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. I currently work as a Quality assurance for the Coca-Cola consolidated bottling company full time, while also completing my last semester of school at Louisiana University-Shreveport where I played collegiate baseball for the last two years.
I will receive a bachelors in general studies this coming December and want to get into coaching as soon as possible. As far as my playing resume goes I played collegiate baseball for 4 years, my first two being at the Division one level at Ohio University, and finishing my playing career at Lsu-Shreveport where I will also be receiving my degree. While playing I was able to rack up over 100 college wins while having a career batting average over .300 and hitting over 30 home runs. I made an NAIA world series appearance and played for a mac tournament title my freshman year at Ohio University.
