Responsible for the merchandising of the store. Endcaps, side panels, and new resets throughout the aisles. Supervisor over Freight Processing Lead. Write the weekly schedule for employees. In charge of the hiring process, and conducting the interviews of candidates. Assist in the furniture department, or any other area of the store as needed.

Responsible for cashier productivity and price changes throughout the store. Key carrier, opening or closing of the store daily.

Supervisor over truck team and freight process. Planned future trucks weekly which included pallet placement and carton count.

Responsible for supervising cashiers, and present at the front end as needed.

Trained on cashier duties, counting back change and keeping an accurate till. Was later promoted to a lead position where I was cross trained in different areas of the store, including clothing processing and dock area processing. Approved prices on items when upper management were not available.

Responsible for cleaning the interiors and exteriors of various vehicles.
