  • Stowed merchandise in designated areas of the warehouse, including shelves, racks and bins. Was top stower, our goal was 300, averaged 350 daily. My top stow rate was 502.
  • Pick to Buffer, pick items from conveyor belt and place in designated bakers rack to be stowed.
  • Problem Solve, identify as to why packages were rejected by induct/stow side, return packages to FC (as needed). Repack packages (as needed) and send back to be inducted. Identify items not properly packed escalate to safety as needed. Get gaylords ready for departure (wrong station/FC returns)
  • Jackpot, assist with packages that make it to the end of the conveyor belt, without being picked, scan packages and send them to right destination (different belt/problem solve/induct)
  • Induct, scan packages with a hand help device to be inducted with correct label to be sent to correct conveyor belt
  • Stow Coaching's, assist leadership to improve AA's stow rates and coach with tote etiquette. Monitor AA's progress and provide feedback to help them reach their goals.
  • OTD, assist UTR/OTR and leadership by keeping track of times of drivers in and out of station. Call out times/swipes needed to PA's in UTR, to help reach daily goal. Communicate information needed between UTR and OTR. Help drivers with questions/routes as needed
  • Picking, use hand held device to pick drivers routes and load to cart to be placed in correct location to be retrieved by drivers
  • Broomstick, reduce pick left behinds and improve quality, real time sweeps. I was able to reduce left behinds to single digits (80% improvement) Coach AA's on marking items missing and left behinds, escalate to leadership as needed
  • Ambassador, train new hires, and follow up with AA's to help them as needed. Was given several AA's to work on their stowing goals and succeeded. Train AA's in new paths (cross train)
  • Learning Coordinator Intern (2022 Peak) Train new hires for peak season, with 4 ambassadors. Schedule ambassadors as needed for trainings. Met goals that were given to me for peak.
