Web application with microservices architecture for managing design and other processes, communicate and collaborate. The set of different tools helps the online whiteboard build your unique productivity platform.

Key QA Lead Responsibilities:

• hiring and mentoring new people;
• managing and measuring team load;
• conducting 1-1 meetings;
• creating a development plan for the team;
• providing knowledge evaluation for QA engineers inside and outside the project;
• coordination and lead project evaluations, gap analysis, department and project audits, quality improvement action plans;
• establishing testing process for the project;
• established reporting process;
• risks management;
• creating, implementing and updating Test Strategy and Quarterly test Plans.

Key QA Engineer Responsibilities:

• test planning, monitoring & control, test design & execution, test summary reporting;
• requirements analysis and clarifications, competitors analysis (Jira, Confluence, Coda);
• providing functional, regression, smoke, E2E testing (TestRail);
• bug reporting and verification (Jira);
• providing Impact analysis using Impact Matrix;
• making root cause analysis (log analysis, debagging, fault behavior emulation).
  

Achievements:

• I assembled a QA team and started work for a new client.
• The new client had a fully remote team before COVID-19 what was unusual and innovative. Sharing this experience with other departments helped to adjust their communication and process for remote work with their clients.
• Very flexible process helped to provide quick and effective testing for urgent development team requests by team in 3 QA engineers.

PROJECTS:

Integration Tools Application - Web application with RESTfull microservices architecture for integration and updating data of big clients in a big holiday rentals platform.

Consolidation tool for big clients - Internal web application for consolidating financial and client data of big clients.

Manual QA Responsibilities:

• Requirements analysis and clarification;
• Test planning, design, execution and reporting (test results, release notes);
• Manual Functional testing using Zephyr, Splunk, Firebug, Advanced Rest Client;
• Test data preparation;
• Defects reporting and verification (Jira);
• Root cause analysis;
• Risk management.

Automation QA Responsibilities:

• Providing automation testing for new services (Git/Ant/Tomcat/UnitTH, Java Core/JDBC, XML/JSON);
• Providing Performance testing using JMeter, client servers and BlazeMeter for reporting;
• Communication with related teams and participation in their testing activities;
• Set-up test environment (Linux servers);

Achievements:

• Support of existing Automation framework for providing web services testing.
• Applied the existing company approach of performance testing on a project.
• Improved the deployment process for automation framework.

PROJECTS:

Activity Based Costing System (Short term) - the desktop analytical system for optimizing financial flows and identification company losses.

Network Governance Software (Short term) - web and desktop applications for managing network devices and reporting system of devices state and vulnerability status.

Integration Tools for Vacation Rental Company (Long term) - web-application for integrating and supporting on vacation rental portal client’s properties from their own web-sites.
