• Responsible for directing around 150 drivers a day between deliveries, pick-ups and terminating containers at all major rail yards in the Chicago land area. BSNF LPC, Norfolk Southern, CSX, Canadian Pacific and Union Pacific.

• Coordinate with shippers and brokers for on-time delivery and pick ups to maximize routing efficiencies and minimize extra delivery costs while staying within the SOP's of both the customer and brokers.
• Work directly with several Freight Brokerages C.H. Robinson, Yusen, One Lines, UberFreight, Alliance and Expeditors.
• Helped grow the volume of business with Expeditors to where they now accounts for a third of the total company revenue.
• Prioritized schedules to meet project goals and overall customer satisfaction.

• Primary responsibilities: receiver of pack supplies and raw materials
• Secondary responsibilities: Picking loads, supporting manufacturing
• Responsible for training new warehouse associates on all related SOP's.
• Shift Lead 2016 - 2018, responsible for operating shift and delegating work flow.
• Salvage department 2016 - 2018, Processed (disposed or reworked) any and all product generated in house and customer returns.

2010 - 2015 Location US11(DC)

• Picked loads for customers and other warehouses within the network.
• Union steward for almost all of these years.

2009-2010 Location US10(Manufacturing)

• Bulk Filler: Worked manufacturing lines filling product.

• Worked at several restaurants where I developed vital customer service skills.
• Always became a trainer at every restaurant that I was employed with.
• Last restaurant I work for Blue Point Ocean Grill in Hollywood, FL(has since closed). I was one of the top revenue earners generating just over 250K in revenue in the last year working with them.
