- Started December of 2021 as a cashier and in the next 6 months learned all the positions
- June of 2022 I became night manager for the following 6 months.
- January of 2022 I became assistant general manager until July of 2023 I became general manager. During this period I helped train and open three more locations.
- Created a positive work environment by developing team building
- Identified areas of improvement in current business practices and collaborated with other departments to develop action plans for implementation.
- Created schedules that made sense with our projected sales.
- Made sure daily inventory and weekly inventory were accurate
- Made sure our food cost was within our budget.
