  • Conduct supply inventories including cyclic (CYC), Sensitive items inventories (SII), & bill of materials inventories (BOM).
  • Catalog supplies using AR 735-5 and AR 708-1 by viewing the supplies characteristics.
  • Follow SOP for GPC, Inventories, including turn-ins at DLA, USPFO.
  • Manage Nonexpendable BOMs at unit level in accordance with EXORD 010-15.
  • Follow standard instructions by using things such as standard work instructions, ZPROSTAT, ZMB59, and filing.
  • Research availability, pricing or follow up with orders by contacting DLA, FedMall and vendors.
  • Construct working copies to maintain complex supply transactions.
  • Meet with SHRH to issue items purchased, receive items for turn-in, or to
    conduct cyclic inventories.
  • Scan over Local Purchase packet following a cue card for AXOL US Bank.
  • Trained soldiers to create Lateral Transfers, change documents, and use various
    GCSS-Army transaction documents.
  • Maintaining 10 storage locations worth of over $30 million of property.
  • Signed for and maintained a storage location with a value of over $1 million of property for 2 years with no lost equipment.
  • Signed and accepting responsibility for Primary Hand Receipt that is worth over $98 million of property.
  • Assisted in turning in over $400,000 of unserviceable equipment to USPFO.
