ANTHONY CARNEMOLLA

Working as an APA, I transport passengers via wheelchair or with personal assist and mobility devices from Delta, United or Allegiant ticket counters and jet bridges (Gates) in a safe, comfortable manor and offering excellent customer service to all. During down time, I assist Customer Service Agents (ticket counter personal) tagging and loading passenger baggage on loading belts.

As a Sun Metro Motor Coach Operator, I would pre trip all transit units I was assigned to operate, assuring the unit was visually in compliance with all safety gridline's. Assigned to various fixed routes, I would operate 35, 40, and 60 foot transit vehicles in an ontime and safe manor. Collecting various transit fares, Offering superb customer service, assisting passengers with special needs, communicating to dispatch operators via two way radio, generating computer reports, and always showing up to each shift with on time performance, all a daily part of my duties. I retired from Sun Metro in April of 2019 to take care of my mom stricken with cancer. She passed shortly after.
