Track packages Inbound and Outbound to make sure everything is received in a timely manner. Run Daily reports through the Pioneer and Shipping systems daily. Couriered urgent packages to patients if local. Filed away daily paperwork by end of day. Unload Conway and Averitt Express Trailers containing pharmacy and shipping materials. - Make Outbound and answer inbound calls to patient’s setting up deliveries so they can receive their medication through the CATS System. Contact Doctor office’s through fax or over the phone to Request Prescription refills, Prior Authorizations, and to solve any problems that occur that can delay the patient’s delivery. Once I receive the information from the Doctors office I entered whatever is needed in the system daily. I Retrieve messages on the refill line and return patient calls. Check the queue at the end of the day on a daily basis to make sure that all of the orders are done for the day.
