Constructed machine simulation and control in Vericut 7.3, and Vericut 9.1.1 for full multi-axis machine simulation and verification. Responsible for generating tool lists and set up sheets for operators on the floor. Also responsible for ordering best tooling for the job and optimizing the machining process.

Setting Up Tool Geometry With Zoller Tool Pre-Setter

Started as apprentice in the tool room. Quickly gained knowledge and experience of Proto-Trak milling machines (2 and 3 axis) and lathes. Made small batch runs of components for robotic tooling and assemblies. Lots of quick turnaround jobs, and creating of fixtures and jigs, as jobs frequently changed.
