As a Field Service Supervisor, my role consists of managing a team of technicians in order to build a full conveyor system for our customers. I am required to make sure our projects are completed on time, stay within budget, and ensure a great quality product for our customers.

As a Lead Field Service Technician, my role consisted of managing a team of 50-100 people per the requests of my supervisor. I was tasked to ensure that each Sr Field Service Technician were completing their tasks efficiently and on time within their own group. I coached and guided the Sr Techs to ensure proper installation and quality.
As a Sr Field Service Technician, my role consisted of leading a team to complete certain tasks per the request of our foreman. I installed conveyor systems with my team and served as a coach to help them excel in our tasks.
As a Mechanical Installer 2, I would perform the tasks provided by our Sr Field Service Technician. As part of building a conveyor system, my duties included providing a pneumatic system to the conveyor, tracking conveyor belts, and troubleshooting any conveyor system that needing maintenance.
