Responsibilities and Scope

Planning and Scheduling

• Overall Planning and Scheduling for whole sites including material planning, demand planning, scheduling, SnOP and forecasting management.

Compliance and Logistics/ Warehouse management:

• Oversee global trade compliance and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure full adherence to import/export regulations.
• Lead financial oversight for all logistics functions, including freight, operational costs, KPIs, tax planning, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence through automation projects and end-to-end process improvement.
• Manage procurement of both direct and indirect materials.
• Supervise warehouse and transportation activities, ensuring 99.99% inventory accuracy and efficient delivery.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with 3PLs and key suppliers.

Achievements

• Achieved and maintained 100% accuracy in the Empty Goods warehouse.
• Boosted transport delivery capacity to 2,500 pallets/day utilizing existing resources.
• Improved customer delivery service levels and successfully developed supervisor-level staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouses of packaging, raw material, empties and Finished Goods;
• Receiving Empties and deliver Finished Goods to customers daily;
