Started out as a desktop and technical IT Trainer, progressed to building and managing a thriving Training business.
Next, my journey brought me to a larger company as a Project Manager for the office of the CIO which evolved through many enterprise initiatives. I grew as a project leader as assignments bridged business operations with technology.
Currently my focus is on building and coaching teams. Using the breadth of my experience to help teams meet their commitments through collaboration, trust, and personal accountability.
