Ashley Cermak

I began working at Carolina Village in 2017 as a CNA in the care center. In 2019 I began working in the Independent Living area of Carolina Village as a CNA/ MedTech, I learned many skills: Calling Drs. Offices, managing residents' medications, Multi-tasking, Phone Etiquette, Dementia care, being a team player and much more. I have brought ideas to the team that have been incorporated in resident care. I joined the leadership team in 2023. In May 2024 I completed my CMA and took on the role of Unit and transportation coordinator: I provide the schedule for employees, blood draws, injections, ear irrigations, ordering supplies and coaching the team. I enjoy new challenges and welcome growth!
