- I would even occasionally do homeschool work with the two older girls.

- The preschool program, through One Church Calvary, has staff meetings on Fridays.
- I am one of the babysitters hired to offer childcare to the teachers' kids while they are in the meetings.
- They are normal from about 8:00 am to 12:00 p.m.
- The kids are normally, anywhere from elementary school age to babies.
- I play with them, entertain them, and sometimes plan activities to do with them.
- They have lunch around 11:00, so I also help with that.

- This club really helps is showing us how to work with your peers and be a leader but also a good listener.
- Student Council helps run school elections, dances, pep rallies, and so much more.
- This club really helped teach me what it truly means to be able to work with other people around you, and listen to everyone's ideas.
Color Guard/Winter Guard
- I was on my high school's Color Guard and Winter Guard team.
- This was by far my favorite thing I did in high school.
- Color Guard is the people who have the flag in marching band shows.
- Winter Guard is after the band season and is only the Color Guard doing their own performance.
- They are both made up of dance and the spinning and flipping of flags.
- I also got the opportunity my senior year to be on the leadership team for my team.
- So I got to really get some experience leading the team and gaining leadership skills.
Special Education Peer Tutor
- My senior year of high school I got the opportunity for my first period to be a peer tutor.
- I got to go in a special ed. classroom and help the teacher and try to be a mentor to those amazing kids.
- I helped them with their assignments, played games with them, and just talking to them was my favorite.
- I even got to go on their field trips with them and their end of the year CDC prom.
- This experience meant the world to me!
- Being able to be a peer tutor helped me see the would through their eyes.
- I built incredible bonds and special connections with the students because of that opportunity.
