My specialized course in connection to Aviation, which had a 600-hour internship with the largest companies in Lisbon (Groundforce and TAP AIR PORTUGAL) provided me with skills in customer service and enhanced the knowledge that I acquired in those 3 years. I learned to deal with many situations with different types of passengers trying to help in any possible way I could.
After completion of my course, I was provided the opportunity to work within the company, after the termination of the contract, I worked for a different company with the same job description.
