- Implement and manage all procuring work flow: receive Purchase order from production, check stock on SAP, find suppliers, discuss prices, issue orders, follow delivery, handle NG products, make payment procedures for suppliers

- Lead the team to catch up with the production lines' orders and ensure the procuring process is well-operating

- Build strong relationships with suppliers through positive attitude, friendly manner, caring and willingness to help at all times

- Take care of SAP system

- Purchase production materials: plastic, plates, spring for multi functional printers.

-Follow up all the delivery process, handle NG parts, sort out NG parts, always be ready under any circumstance, ensure the mass production's smoothness running

- Make the payment for suppliers.

- Complete the tasks from superiors’ requests
