  • Handle incoming customer tickets on technical issues related to EC2 Linux, VPC Networking, Load balancers, VPN, Auto-scaling groups, Security groups/firewalls, RDS etc. AWS services. Tickets involve architecting questions to help on boarding to AWS and/or troubleshooting customers’ existing infrastructure on AWS ( Infrastructure-as-a-Service) encompassing Disaster recovery, high availability and Cloud migration projects.
