Responsible for daily infrastructure additions for 24 Bank data centers.

Conducted Audit/RFP for all components within the data center, including racks, copper cabling, fiber option cabling, containment solutions, RPPS, PD Us and raceway options.

Led the infrastructure team to create the next gen design for 7 new Bank owned or co-location facilities across the Americas. Scope included design, RFP, vendor management, product selection and execution.

Member of 6-person Bank of America Wiring Standards Committee.

Led the technology design team for the Bank's newly built New York headquarters, One Bryant Park. This included the design, project management, budget and execution of 35 user floors, 70 AV rooms, 4 data centers and 4 training floors.

Responsible for all client space build out/decommissioning in the northeast for Banc of America Securities, including day to day infrastructure support design of AV, NER/IDF and cabling for all NY properties (50+ new floor build outs).

Responsible for all new technology move, add and change activities with over 5000 user moves completed, which included site surveys, cross connect plans and labor oversight.

Managed all technology moves, adds and changes including PBX configurations and cross connects.

Managed 3 facility locations and staff, including upkeep of equipment, supplies, scheduling, repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction improvements and safety inspections.
