I've used the latest software in regards to 3D scanning. As a quality technician at Jefferson southern I use a faro arm daily as a tool to collect and analyze data. I have also regularly performed several other job duties in relation to the Quality Department such as weld destruct, ( during this process alone I would use plasma torque, a jaws of life destruct tool
Air hammer gun, and possibly even wet saw)
With the goal being disassembling any number of welding parts measuring the weld nugget to ensure proper weld strength.
I've also performed push out test for weld strength and overall durability. I'm highly motivated, I enjoy a challenge, and I have a deep desire to learn.
