Within a month of hire took on, executed and accomplished the following: took stock of inventory and property equipment, checked the ordering history then set, established and reduced ordering expenditures by way of the service request and punch analytics in yardi thus meeting budget every month, organized and cleaned up the move in/punch board process, scheduled all vendors from start to finish for all turns, organized and assigned all normal or special service requests for all techs and vendors every morning and organized the Keytrak/keys for the whole community over a 2 month period during a tumultuous renovation phase.
