I am a freshman at Johns Hopkins University. My majors are Public Health and Medicine, Science, and the Humanities on the pre-med track. I plan to do Doctors Without Borders after graduation and have aspirations to improve public health in Liberia. I have previous research experience, both independent and collaborative. I conducted research on female serial killers, specifically the ways that abuse in their past effects kill patterns. This research was awarded 4th place overall at the Georgia Research Symposium and 2nd in my category. I also worked on COVID-19 research during the summer. We evaluated the political climate of my hometown and how this interacted with spikes in cases. We also put specific focus on teenagers and COVID-19 cases which was my main connection to the project. I also have retail experience and have had a job since I was 15. Currently I am a Student Event Ambassador at Hopkins. I am passionate and enthusiastic about any project I work on. Dedication is my most positive attribute.
