My tasks though out the day include but not limited to, reviewing clients renewals on home, auto, umbrella and flood policies and discussing coverage options with policy holders so they understand their policies language. I handle new business quotes for personal lines which entails rounding current accounts, referrals, and organic business that calls or walks into the office. I also deal directly with underwriters at multiple companies on behalf of the policy holders and agencies benefit. I answer all phone call swiftly and call back any missed calls within the hour.

I would assist the personal lines account Manger, in their daily tasks, called clients back with coverage questions started to expand my learning with obtaining my RI license. Which lead to quoting new business and started to learn the multiple companies guidelines. Was taught how to help clients with their questions positively and proficient. I worked with AMS360
