Created the Metal conversion calculation spreadsheet, still used to this day. (The process of finding the London spot pricing and calculating metal cost on any jewelry piece takes up to a half hour.) This spreadsheet I created takes less than one minute to calculate the metal.

Acquired a top selling KN95 Mask in the Business Centers. Developing $5M in sales, off a $1M projection. Success of this item led to offerings inline and Costco.com, resulting in total sales of $12.7M.
D14 Sundries
Set a standard for box specifications, recycled content and improved fulfillment usage for the 2 Day grocery supplies. I negotiated a program with one supplier to fill 95% of our items delivered together in one truck on chep pallets. The prior program we were ordering 2 trucks a week per location of 2 box skus on stringer boards causing 2 hours to receive, repalletize, wrap and stock in the steel. This last year we have saved 910 hours of receiving and 39,000 pallet spaces.
