- Since 2017 I have been working in the IT department for Hercules industries.
- I have been working in a small team of 3 to manage everything IT for 500 users across 23 branches.
- Up until the end of 2020, I worked the helpdesk and lead IT projects. Working in such a small team gave me the opportunity to see how IT projects are identified, directed, and implemented, all while maintaining the daily needs of the helpdesk.
- I was promoted to take responsibility for the WMS at the end of 2020. I have been responsible for all IT and operational projects since my time in this role.
