Also Responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and purchases of spare parts, materials and machinery required for the operation. In charge of a direct team of two people.
- I coordinated the project to improve P/tcas by switching to new units with different technology that now generates lower consumption and obtain best results on decreasing on 15% the hotel energy bills, consult and be secure of the properly function of the verdant software.
- I led the project to change from conventional lighting technology to LED technology, which now generates a reduction at 8% hotel's energy consumption.
- I directed the replacement and installation of a new boiler to guarantee water temperature in all rooms and increase the guest satisfaction, because I found we have many complain about hot water, to help increased the GSS score on a 5%.
- I participated in the remodulation on the new meeting room design, put furniture together, HVAC system and coordinate the inspection for that room, fire inspection, water and electrical inspection, that’s meaning 7.5% increased for company reservations.
