  • Formed part of the Audubon Great lakes restoration team which focuses on the ecological restoration of lands that are managed by The Forest Preserves of Cook County and Chicago Park District
  • We used different restoration methods like herbicide, chainsaw, brush cutting, planting native plugs, and burning to restore forests, marshes, and prairies

  • Executed ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) or ISO (international organization for standardization) test method standards to examine paper and films for physical properties, including tensile strength, tear strength, puncture, and burst
  • Assisted in research projects that focused on growth of bacteria and fungi on different solutions and mass loss in rusted metal and assisted in checking chemical inventory and upkeep
