· Busser: Assisted in maintaining a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and ensuring all service areas were well-stocked and tidy. Supported servers by replenishing drinks, bringing additional items to tables, and delivering high-quality customer service.

· Food Runner/Expo: Coordinated between kitchen staff and servers to ensure all dishes were delivered to guests accurately and on time. Managed the flow of food service, prioritizing orders based on kitchen preparation times and guest needs.
