Boxing
It's more like sparring than anything but i do partake in a few round son a punching bag at my local gym, as well as my very supportive friend group sparring with me (with all the appropriate protective gear of course). I've always wanted to take up boxing even from a young age ever since I had heard stories of some of the greatest boxers of all time and this year i finally decided to pick up some wraps and gloves ad get to sparring.
