• Drove a 60% growth in revenue through private instruction and group programming. Offering clinics, group lessons, and golf schools to attract new students and retain current clientele.
• Helped grow one of the the model Jr. Golf programs in the country.

• Developed some of the best players on the PGA Tour. Stewart Cink, David Toms, Bo VanPelt, Mackenzie Hughes, Johnson Wagner. Also continuing to work with top high school and college players.

Was instrumental in developing an 18 hole private golf course and residential community outside Telluride, Colorado. In 2008 Cornerstone Golf Club was awarded the best new private club in America by Golf Magazine.

• Managed a team of golf professionals, instructors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service and a world-class golf experience.

Asked to come in and create the golf culture and promote golf and membership through golf instruction.

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the golf operations including staffing, budgeting, and daily course maintenance

Conducted golf schools all over the country with legendary teachers, Jim Flick, Martin Hall, Kathy Hart Wood, and Mike Malaska.

Helped in the design, building state of the art practice facilities, both public and private.

Helped design and develop a world-class practice facility in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Grande Oaks Golf Club is the site where the famous golf movie "Caddyshack" was filmed. In 2003 The Mark Wood Golf Academy at Grande Oaks was selected as one of the "50 Coolest Places in Golf". Grande Oaks was owned by entrepreneur and sport mogul, Wayne Huizenga. Helped grow the membership to over 200 members in our first two years.

The youngest teacher ever invited to teach in the acclaimed Golf Digest Instruction Schools. Teaching alongside teaching legends, Bob Toski, Jim Flick, Davis Love Jr., Paul Runyan, Chuck Cook and Bob Rotella.
