• Responsible for the receiving and making sure operators are following directions.
• To direct Material handlers/operators assigned to assist in the staging process.
• Make sure the operators are on the right stations.
• to provide supplies and tools.
• to make sure all operators are meeting production.
• Make daily reports and pass downs.
• Addressing operators and training low performers.
• Passing information and communicate with operators about safety bulletin.
• making sure the lines are 5S and insure the Line is a safe work environment.
