I pursued the DES Position within NMDP because its mission aligns with my goal of driving positive, inclusive, and equitable change in healthcare. Over the past year, I have advanced this goal and strengthed my skill set daily by fostering genuine donor relations and ensuring support/education throughout their decision making. Therefore, when considering my career growth within NMDP, I immediately saw myself thriving within Work Up. Primarily because my engaging and warm communication style is always aimed to meet the donor where their needs are. As NMDP has evolved, I've also remained an adaptable and positive team player.
