- After loss of Executive Director filled the position several months while searching for and training a new Executive Director.
- Restructured the delivery of services for more efficiency, better client experiences and to create a wholistic organizational approach thereby increasing referrals to other services both in-house and other agencies in the community. Helped to create a counseling program to meet a community and client need and to create a consistent cash flow to meet the needs of the non-profit. As a result, the organization significantly increased ability to serve and meet the needs of the community and clients, with a long term goal for the counseling program to provide significant funds above the cost of the counseling salaries needed to run the counseling program.
