As a crew member it was my responsibility to help lineman by setting up cones in a way that would give them room to work on the road. I would also help control the flow of traffic and avoid accidents in a small team. We would start early and work in most conditions. After the job is over, we would have to take down the cones barriers, signs and flagging tools while keeping an eye on the road
