Jaden Ramos

While working for So Cal Elite Traffic Control, I experienced multiple situations where I found myself having to multi-task and take initiative to complete a job. I have a lot of experience in figuring out how to problem solve certain situations. In addition, I have formed a great understanding of how to work not only efficiently but, safely. Being involved in situations and circumstances that vary from day to day and with each job, I have noticed the importance of adaptability. I feel confident in my ability to adapt to various work-related situations.

While employed at So Cal Elite Traffic, I was employee of the month and the most requested rookie in the yard. Always willing to work, I was often called before others due to the fact that I was reliable and willing to work whenever i was needed. Newer rookies would ask me different types of questions throughout the week on different topics such as closures and set ups, do too my understanding and knowledge of my job.
